Which City of Ottawa ward is Westboro in?
Short answer
Westboro, Westboro Beach and Highland Park are in Kitchissippi Ward (Ward 15). McKellar Park, Carlingwood and Woodroffe North are in Bay Ward (Ward 7), and the line between the two wards runs along Denbury Avenue.

City council's ward boundary decision of December 9, 2020 moved McKellar Park from Kitchissippi Ward into Bay Ward, effective with the 2022 municipal election. Ward membership on westboro.homes was checked against the OpenStreetMap ward boundaries.
Keep in mind. Some older pages, including Wikipedia's Kitchissippi Ward article, still list McKellar Park in Kitchissippi.
